Railway Single Cylinder 250 Tons Horizontal Wheel Dismount Press Machine, Wheelset Disassembly Machine

Application Scope:
The horizontal wheel dismount press machine is applicable for the wheelset dismounting of railway passenger cars, wagons and locomotives. It's equipped with pressing curve record and print function. Only one operator is required to complete all the operation.

Main Structure & Features:
The wheel desmount press is mainly composed of machine frame, ram cylinder, hydraulic system and operation console.

• Modular frame structure, carried out overall annealing and stress relieving, with sufficient rigidity and strength to meet the continous working requirements;
• Machine frame: It's composed of chassis, cylinder column, movable column and support rods. The machine frame adopts rigid design and won't be deformed during the dismounting process.
• Special design of Centering mechanism and movable column, ensuring the axle will not be damaged during dismounting.
• Ram cylinder: The ram cylinder is installed in the cylinder column. It's the power mechanism to perform the wheelset dismounting;
• Movable column: It is driven by the reducer motor to move on the chassis.
• Bracket trolley: With 2 sets of movable bracket trolley for wheelset support, located at both side of the movable column;
• Siemens PLC and AdvanTech Industrial computer to control the operation.
• With functions of pressing curve generate, record, storage and print.

• Product certificate/Factory Acceptance Certificate, packing list, etc.
